Les Maîtres d’Armes are Ottawa’s premier Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) school. Founding members of both the Chivalric Fighting Arts Association and the International Armizare Society, we have been seriously training students in Fiore dei Liberi‘s 15th century art of the sword (l’arte dell’armizare) since 2005 using realistic steel weapons and historical techniques and gear (where appropriate).
